You Galaxy SA users enjoy the Project Butter. It does make your device's performance much better than before.
For example Vsync refers to Vertical Synchronization of the displaying frames and in Project Butter it has increased to 60 frames per seconds. So the time required to display a frame is decreased to something around 0.016 seconds and as a result it give us a mu ch more smooth display in android.

the update for my samsung 2 seems to drain the battery
quickly. it used to last 48hrs but now wants charging in ~10 hrs. a bad setting?

Actually, Jellybean update for S Advance is already available in India...You can download it via kies or OTA...

AnonD-133762, 03 May 2013well guys i dont use S advance but i use higher version S2 ... morei have an s2 and it works better on jb.......if you have too many apps then battery backup will obviously be effected!!!!! duh :P
