Dear friends,i suggesed you ro not buy any samsung smart phone because there life is very short .i have galaxy grand 2,galaxy s advance in both mobile having a lot of problem like autometicaly charging,do not connect with the PC network problem ,i prefer only NOKIA because NOKIA is the best brand.

I had upgrd to JB
But facng lots of lagging probs.
Aftr that dwngrade to GB
GB is d bst..
Recntly i trouble some time in KEYBOARD HANGGING PROBLEM.

Hi,
With the kind of volumes that Samsung is generating in India, the support being extended by them to Indian customers is lousy. We do not get regular updates / fixes. After investing a big amount in this phone, we end up with the phone freezing / hanging, when it is most important.
Samsung, can you be more responsive to your customers' voice?

g. kishore kumar, 12 Dec 2013ufffffffffffffff......lot of hanging problem with this new ... moreDear i had it with 4.1.2. same problem including slower speed while copying in phone memory.i have faced it like hell. even i have tried with different territory JB like Russian, European via Odin.But result is same.now i downgrade with GB.now its smooth,10-11 Mbps speed while copying in phone memory,and my mic is catching more smooth and clear voice to deliver the caller.in short put it in GB and see the result.
