i was waiting for this phone and bloody curved screen, bye....

Gorgeous curved screen is literally the only exciting thing about this otherwise typical phone. Atleast Motorola could've broken the status quo of the dumb users preferences and included a ToF sensor or Samsung's primitive laser AF to make it somewhat unique

Basically a g84 but with mediacrap. Where is my 7gen 2 Moto G300????????

Boring. Removed the good things about Edge 30 Neo (small size, wireless charging possibly, flat screen) and copy pasted Edge 40. Will probably launch at same price as Edge 40 too. Way to go Motorola. In 2023 almost all your phones are DoAs.

                Should make a " G400" with 7+g2, LCD and 5000mAh.
                Same design of G200.

It is developed by a consortium of developers from which Google is part of together with Samsung, Motorola, HTC, Sony and many others. Although the majority of devices use the 'Google Android' because of the apps bundled with it like Google Play, Chrome, Google Maps and so on. But if you want you can still use Android without any Google trace on it.

But since this business got out of hand, the manufacturers don't agree that a device is working well for several years, why are they going to live after? that's where apple takes advantage of everyone

Dead on arrival. If Motorola had simply made an updated 30 Neo they would've had a winner on their hands.

It is very sad how they've been mismanaged since the original Moto G / Moto X days. They had the market in the palm of their hands and totally blew it.

The only downside to Motorola is they generally don't do more than 1 or 2 OS updates, and their G lineup is all over the place in terms of their naming system, but their phones are nice and really cheap in some regions like South America.
