*Disclaimer, i know the dimensity 1000/1100/1200/1300/8020/8050's or d1000 series existence and it being better than both yes i know.
Also before reading i'm well aware dimensity 1080 belongs to d900 family, 900/920/1080/7050.
Lastly, i'm infact not famboying, i'm stating facts based on what i know about the device,
Anyways, regarding 1380 the performance infact has improved after months of patches, it is better than a snapdragon 778g but its far from what the dimensity 1000 series. While 1380 is better, its not in a way thats generally better, neither is worse, unlike the 1280.
Personally the 1380 just suffers from having settings not unlocked on pubgm/codm. though fortnite, genshin and honkai: star rail run just as well as my s20 fe snapdragon 865. Unrelated to the chip but the a54 does have a nicer vapor cooling chamber, heating isn't really as prominent as i expected, though at launch it was. The image signal processor isn't bad either, also regarding efficiency, its quite efficient. The battery easily hits 8 hours on basic usage. Then again you have the dimensity 1000 series chips so yeah go for that if you want performance, for example tab p11 pro gen 2(kompanio 1300t is similar to the domensity 1300)
Sure you can ratio me but the exynos 1380 isn't a bad chip, but for the tab s9 fe/fe+ its just too expensive, unless they include the spen pro 2 like the galaxy tab s9 series, anywho i just hope this comes with atleast oled or pls lcd 120hz

You don't have to go as far back as the A52s 5G to see how Snapdragon 778G still performs better than Exynos 1380*. At this point, it seems to make better sense to get the Tab S7 FE Wi-Fi despite not getting any further OS updates beyond Android 14.

Well honestly Lenovo have a lot better tablets for a lot better prices.
Even Oneplus tablet cost less and does more tricks.
But suit your self as you wish.

At this point I'd rather sacrificing my user experience with MIUI Pad on Xiaomi Pad 6 rather than spending more for this overpriced thing with worst processor. At this point you will also realize that one of them will give you poor user experience due too unoptimized software, while the other one will give you poor user experience due too underpowered processor.
