Android will constantly lag with those chips, but at least the G85/G88/G99 are enough oomph to have a good experience running Android and basic apps

              Bluewave, 04 Sep 2023Poor specs, Oppo A58 4G with same G85 chipset is more better only improvement is punch hole display and garbage distorted dual mono speaker. infinix note 30 is 100 times better than oppo a series garbage. its got hardware gyro, which is a sign of EIS for video recording (1080p only) and fastest helio chip that are somehow comparable to dimensity 810, better stereo speaker with actual separation like in flagship phone, and do not forget. it has UFS 2.2 storage up to 256gb !!

                      oppo is trying to waste their parts to build it cheaper for A38 with Helio G85, as a great entry level phone at lower price, but it depends on when retail price is quite high.

                      It is a very old chip, and oppo is trying to get the final security patch of January 2025, and the rest is the hardware and software fixes in the post-EOL software updates.

                        The G13 was a regular member of budget phone / entry phone
                        I kept returning as I expected it to be reviewed it never was the specs stayed with me seemed familiar

The other two are even worse using A75, and considerably weaker GPUs. At least the 695 brought A78, and the GPU matches the G99, even getting a slight advantage due to Adreno having more support and better drivers.
