Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra in for review

It is huge and tough to handle without a stand.

Samsung really missed the opportunity by not putting Windows OS in it. Even with ARM SoC, it still can give Microsoft Surface Pro 9 a run for its money, not least by the huge screen in the first place. Also, Microsoft sells the Surface Pro 9 i5/8/256 for $100 cheaper than this Android tablet in base WiFi/12/256 configuration, and I have a proper desktop-grade OS for true productivity instead of a glorified mobile OS. It's the same story with Apple iPad Pro tablets that have M2 SoC but runs on iPadOS instead of macOS.

    Hell no.
    Ipad for productivity
    Tab s for multimedia
    It is simple as that.
The problem is the average tab s9 consumer can do everything ipad can do,but the average ipad user(which is majority of the users)cant enjoy multimedia like on a tab s9.

Why would anyone buy this ? Better off with a far cheaper Chrome book. Apple are the kings of the tablet if you're hell bent on this form factor.

It's not better in performance than the iPad Pro 12.9". iPad Pro is better in that area, no doubt. The only problem is that it is limited by iPadOS.

Honestly those cameras at the front is a deal-breaker for me. I would never use them, or perhaps remove it. So this cut out looks like a splinter that hurts a bit but you cannot remove, at least imo. Such a nice screen ruined by a cutout.

Maybe, just maybe, I'll get one for xmas, so I can ditch the only Apple device I use: an 1st gen iPad Pro.

Still no review for Redmi Pad SE, which was announced on 19 august.
