""interested"" is amazing word for marketing team, as you can use it as much as possible without lying about sales, so you dont upset shareholders.
Because you can say: "People are very interested in our product, it exceeds our expectation!"
Instead of: "Our overpriced product that we made in limited number and spend 70% of its budget on advertising, as technology used in it is already made and available, is not selling at all, but we asked 100 random people on the street about it, and 90% of them where interested in seeing it, even if we expected 89% of them to be interested, its mean we can advertise this information as success and pretend its all good"
