Secondly, the title does not claim this is the first smartwatch with 4G.
Lastly, the article itself only mentions that this is Xiaomi's first wearable with 4G. Not the first of all wearables, but Xiaomi's first. And again, it was Yordan at gsmarena that wrote the article.

The first one (with Snapdragon X35 in example) will likely arrive in devices next year.

But lte/4g isn't a new technology, so nothing to brag about in 2023. Since it's just a sign of very slow tech company.
