If the price difference between this and the iPhone 15 would only be $100-200, then the S23 FE makes no sense and no one should buy it.
Also the S23 was recently on sale for 899CAD, so the base 128gb S23 FE should not be more than 699 CAD ($500 USD)

I mean everybody else are looking to reduce bezel and improve screen to body ratio. Samsung, the company that actually make the OLED panels, instead going backwards with huge bezel and smaller screen in larger body. What were they thinking?
I’m guessing they are making their slab phone to look big and chunky with huge bezels so their foldable become more attractive to people.
This doesn’t bode well for the S24 lineup.

The definition of "compact" GsmArena team is using here is totally wrong. The phone is whopping 159 x 76, which is almost the size of A54. By comparison, this is even taller than S23+ which is 157.8 x 76.2.
Just for reference, this is what compact sized phones look like:
Galaxy S23 146.3 x 70.9
iPhone 14 146.7 x 71.5
iPhone 13 mini 131.5 x 64.2
Google Pixel 6a 152.2 x 71.8
Already the industry is reeling under stupid large phone sizes, please don't mislead people by rebranding phablets as "compact". Anything that needs both hands to operate is NOT compact.

I have s21 Fe and while it is great phone for the money i would have not bought it if i would known that it upscales those 8mb images from 3x telephoto to 12mb which makes images so soft in detail.
I bet s23 Fe will be same and instead of s21 Fe it will not have same chipset as same generation S series phones.

The phone is actually okay . Well the none exynos version is good . I see no problem with the Samsung 8+ gen 1 .. it was the snapdragon 8 gen 1 that had heating problems . Others specs look good also

S20 FE was great, S21 FE was acceptable... but what is this? Same 19.5:9 6.4in screen but somehow the overall profile is much larger, barely 4400mAh battery with such power hungry SoC like the the 8 Gen 1 or the Exynos 2200, and it's heavier and chunkier... This is doomed to fail.

76.5 are far from compact, 21 FE are wide.. sometimes people are jealous when see how easy it's operating with one hand on phone 67 .. but "fashion" and "needs" + overpriced device's, make "sense".
