Please know about what you are talking before you criticise. Cortex A7 is newest sibling of ARM and a power saving cousin of A15. 8 times power saving and 30% better performance than A8.
Karbon uses A5 which has less performance than A7 used in Canvas. Lava uses the same A7 as in Canvas.

oho..! lot more busher than expected..! Anyway cpu is not up to mark. Micromax should wait for the release of MT6599. The octa core CPU with FOUR A15 Cores and 4 A7 core(ARM big.LITTLE architecture). Same as S4. Pricing also seems high. UMI X2 with Same specification and 32GB ROM is available @ 14000 in INDIA.

its probably mistake in news its mediatek i think so that means nice battery life and if you see youtube videos you can play most games even at 1080p with this chip so i dont get whats big deal plus you get great battery life for phone with this kind of screen

CPU's like the Allwinner A31 (Cortex A7) outperforms many A9 ones. Same goes for the MTK 6589. And have no problem running full HD resolution as well as 1536 x 2048. GPU is what matters for gaming and such and the SGX544 does a good job.
In any case, the Micromax will offer great value few can compete with.

All MMX is trying to do is to look good on specs sheet. Somebody tell them that its the user experience that matters. MMX phones have always been prone to lagging heavily 'cause the cheap hardware is unable to support the software.
Also, instead of just launching new phones, they should try to ensure that these phones reach the market on time. Supply and After Sales Service have always been an issue with MMX.
