            Good move by Samsung. Main issue with E1280 is that while it has a solid raw power (for a low/midranger at least), it's not well optimized for many games yet because developers are not used to it yet. Putting it on a new device will increase the market share, meaning more developers will be inclined to optimize for it, ultimately helping those older phones as well.

                  why is samsung so stingy with punch hole displays? to be fair, this one is an AMOLED, but still. even the 2023 moto g play doesn't have a notch. it's like they WANT people to know that you're using a budget device.

                  edit: also, 2 cortex A78s in what will most likely be a $300 USD device is pathetic.

                                that lousy 5mp ultrawide reminds me of my a20.
                                yet, 2019-2020 midrange exynos is still better than latest midrange exynos. in terms of heat management.
