iPhone 15 Pro Max:

Conclusion: Apple remains king of storage markups. With other regions' pricing, markups could reach even higher than 2000%.

      Same device is almost $900 in India, when iphones sold in India are now assembled there.
      No taxes on Earth can justify this difference. Not even taxes of 50-60% would make this much difference.

      Developed countries always pay less compared to the rest, despite the rest is where everything is made.

        Pro Max 128GB was almost 1500.

        At least in Japan, price has increased about 10%.

          I want to see the storage markups listed on the article.

          I'll make another comment listing the storage markups in the US.

As mentioned on the Apple India website, the prices for India are the "Listed pricing is Maximum Retail Price (inclusive of all taxes)." ...i.e., they include the GST or Sales Tax which is 18% for mobile phones in India.

                          But still, the premium in India on the base model ProMax is over 35% when compared to the pre-tax price in the US!!!
