Anonymous, 13 Sep 2023Stopped updating Android years ago as I noticed device beco... moreThat's a terrible decision. Android updates will not slow down the device but vendor modified Android updates may - for example MIUI. You'll be missing some pretty crucial security patches either way.

Since Steve Jobs died no new ideas at Apple.

Stopped updating Android years ago as I noticed device becoming slower and battery lasting shorter. Best decision ever.

No sideloading and no alternative store.

Also still no way to ditch unsecure stock os and apps, especially iMessage with recent zero-click exploit used to infect iPhones with spyware.

You are forced to use Apple unsecure apps and os. You cannot remove all of them safely or better install another os more secure and privacy focused (like GrapheneOs).

Yes, that’s the privilege extended to iPhone users. Updates are available at the committed time to every qualifying device at the same time.

Bet it buggy as usual on first day. I’m predicting battery drain, faulty camera, brightness issue, audio issue, and some setting issue. And everyone will be complaining about it as per annually on every new major ios roll out.
