The taxes are so high that not only apple but any foreign company sell their products in India at astonishing prices. (Only exception is Chinese products)

Recently switched to iPhone 14 PM from a lifelong Midrange Andriod User. Gotta say I expected a lot more for such a premium price. Not really worth it given how much freedom you are giving up that I played with Android all these years. Cameras where disappointing as well. I have no idea why people hype iPhones so much.

Still do not understand the logic of Indian pricing as Now they are building the phone in India only.Priviously there was high import tax,but now that does not apply.Iphone 15 pro ,starting price in USA $999 where in India it's $1600.The funny part is even Dubai,vietnam ,Thailand are having much lower price than India.

I think this is a great update to the Pro for a long time
Adding more Ram, good camera with the 120mm , more lighter and compact design, that brushed titanium will look far better than polished stainless steel fool of fingerprints
And that A17 SoC with hardware AV1 and Ray Tracing with its own co-proceesor and its own cache and all of that keeping the same price since iphone X while others adding $100 just for the introduction of 5G....this time kudos to Apple

One of those good features is the file and library cache. Even if the app only uses a few GB at once, it can gain performance if it needs to random access through lots of large datafiles.

It's about time.
People always tried to claim how iphone didn't need bigger battery or more ram..... but ever since they finally started putting more ram and bigger batteries in they started running better and lasting longer. Go figure.

I am not an iPhone fan (never owned one but my wife likes it) but the fact it's getting optimised ports of triple AAA console games with ray tracing and reportedly at 30fps at 1150p resolution such as resident evil village, final fantasy Crisis core and death stranding is a statement, while o do own PlayStation 5, 4 pro and even a switch, it's possible that next generation switch 2 might not offer ray tracing but time with tell.
