You're getting much more with the iPhone 15 Pro for not a lot more money.

Apple - the greatest salesman of our time 🙏

    barely any upgrades from the iPhone 12 except the camera and Type C. Performance won't be noticed unless you want the latest games or emulators... but 99% of users only use Instagram. If I had the money to buy an iPhone 15 I would just choose the 12.

      Unless you want Type-C, it's best to go for a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro.

          LOL, is this a paid ad for Apple? "OH don't buy the 15, but spend $1000 instead and get the 15 Pro..." LOL. If Apple didn't pay you, you're losing out.

            I'll be honest, if they made the price of the vanilla 15 $699 and the 15 Plus $799... which ironically was the previous pricing during the iPhone mini days, I feel like the vanilla 15 series would've fared better (though the 60Hz display and USB2 stuff is still a bit dumb, the A16 is still plenty powerful and the cameras should still do a good job).
            The only reason why the pricing is like this is because they want you to get the iPhone Pro if you're looking to get a newer iPhone.

              The new iPhone 15 main camera even captures only roughly 97% as much light per time as the iPhone 14 main camera, if one assumes that the f-number of the iPhone 14 is 1.50 and that the f-number of the iPhone 15 is 1.60 (we don't know the exact f-numbers or transmission-numbers).

                  Apple wants people to buy the top-notch Pro and Pro Max. That's why they make the Non-Pro like this. It's a bait.

                    Yup, just get the iphone 13 or at most 14, its definitely not worth getting the non pro 15

                      And yet Fanboys are still gonna buy it and proudly say "I have the new iPhone 15!"

                            That right there says a lot about the "new" base model, 2 generations newer, yet basically identical.
