Thats it. Image quality is not affected, neither hardware from beginning

    Chinese oems coop with big names just for the competition and profit.
    Neither Leica, neither Hassel with 1+ gave anything outstanding in IQ over the recent releases. Xiaomi's lens are still bad, just image processing, which can be reached with few clicks in post edit

      For a given sensor size, does Leica' ISP produce better image quality? If not, Leica branding is irrelevant. Only gullible people would pay for it.

        While Xiaomi 13 was 6.36inch screen then now 13T will also be 6.67inch screen.

        It's more like larger version with cheaper price and lower performance

              Isn't the "T" one supposed to be somewhat compact? This trend of making 99% of the phones 160+mm long is stupid. Give as a decent compact midranger!

                  Mi 14/14 pro have entered production fase.

                  Base version of mi 14 to be 12/256GB.

                    That T version is always larger screen version then the base that was just 13 or just 12
                    Also weaker chip and probably lower price too.
                    It just weird model that i dont really understand the need of it

Other than shutter speed and aperture, ISO speeds, grain, etc. don't carry over or behave very differently on image sensors.

                                  Im getting in line to buy all mediocre phones at prica tag of 1000€. Hilarious. Not ever will i spend that money on a phone and i had it all in the past. But this is becomig ridiculous. So somewhere in future mobile will cost 2000 as crap phone of Sony pro. Never

                                    Is the high price just for Leica branding? I find it hard to believe that Leica has any expertise in image processing that is better than what is in the SoC.

                                    Leica's lens are better quality and that applies to film cameras not sure about the tiny plastic lens used on smartphones.
