Sony's pricing is ridiculous. For just an extra $10, you can purchase the OPPO Find 5 - one of the best phones out in the market today!

Seriously, this price, net of tax, is almost $80 more than the price of Xperia SP in China. And with phones like nokia lumia 520(521) selling at as low as $130pretax in US market, SP's price can hardly be justified. Even as a loyal fan of Sony Ericsson and Sony electronics I can't accept or understand the pricing.

If Xperia SP is selling at $400, and the upcoming Xperia L at $300, and, somehow, a brand-new lower range phone at around $200-250 to replace the ridiculously slow Xperia J and E which together show just what an utterly stupid idea it is to run Android on lower spec chipsets, Sony may still have a chance of stirring the market a bit.

Aaw. But in the US, they're hooked to carrier subsidies. Sure looks better but it costs as much as the Galaxy S3 now. hmmm

This is one of the few good phones that's actually cheaper in India than in the US... We get it here for 25,000 rs which is approx. $460 only... thanks Sony ... :). iPhones cost 30% more here than the US....:(

The price is still better than iPh 5 with same in midrange level.

SP is almost about the same price as the Xperia ZL, buy ZL better. :)
