    read that Motorola is only promising an Android 14 update and three years of security updates. so definitely a no go from here

                              justasmile, 18 Sep 2023the workaround i meant was for the headphone jack.i can tolerate with dongles, the only problem is compatibility with certain device models. not all 3.5mm adapters are created equal. sometimes it does not work, sometimes does.

                                  30+ grams difference between them and i can feel it.
                                  Also v10 is thin and narrow aswell.
                                  Its is a joy to handle it.

                                  MicroSd is superior to any other workaround, storage wise.

                                  What i dont like in g84 is the price, I expected it to be cheaper.
                                  For around 100gbp more will get pocof5.
                                  256gb storage will be enough for me without MicroSD.
                                  Waiting for the review on g84.

                                  Important for me:

                                  Call quality.
                                  Microphone quality when recording video.
                                  Camera quality( i dont expect high end results, just not be bad).
                                  Performance matters, but not that much in my occasion.

Samsung A34 is so many miles ahead, for... moreMaybe there were price cuts in your country, but in mine, the Galaxy A34(256 GB) is 420€, the Motorola G84(256 GB) is 300€ with charger and silicone case in the box, even the Galaxy A23 5G(128 GB) with the same SD 695 was 330€ at launch, currently 250€ on Samsung's website.

                                      The G84 destroys the A23 5G, except for the software since I prefer One UI.

                                        Funny how bezels (particularly at the bottom) always looks thinner on the pre-release images! This is no exception.
