Is sar value dependent on hardware or software?
If sar value can be lowered with software patch, does that mean apple let ip12 to go above specified level for 3 years and did nothing to lower it?

too bad the French have less " thick" limbs otherwise apple could make it an excuse to justify these high SAR numbers .

maybe the update will make cell reception worse to meet the demands
