I can predict Apple will enlarge that Dynamic Island, even they will double it up adding one on the bottom of the screen and function it to provide quick access shortcuts. And oh, yes, before Apple do that, android vendors will steal this idea and launch their devices (and, of course, then proclaim it their own "innovation" so they can mock Apple copying their "idea") even far before Apple launch the next i16 series.

Why the obsession with higher zoom, the loss of a dedicated 3x lens around the 70mm range is a terrible exchange for a 5x at 120mm, 3x@~70mm is much more useful than 120mm.
I'm not changing phone this year as I have a S23U but if I had to go for an iphone I'd much rather have the 3x than 5x as 5x120mm is just too much zoom for portraits and too little for anything else. If apple wants to do this they should introduce a fourth lens like samsung to cover the gap. Having no optical between 24mm (without cropping) and 120mm is just bad.

Just like the shapphire lenses, shapphire screen on apple watch, titanium body on their devices and many else.
Well it ended only as a rumor like wth everything from this brand.
But as long excitement pays up Apple is happy.
