Are you aware that the us was their only main victory? That they couldn't even keep a straight story on Where they came up with the design? That in the tablet lawsuit they used falsified evidence with No punishment. That they won on account of slender with rounded edges. Only later on to loose and get in trouble by that judge? That they even had to put on their site Samsung didn't copy iPad? That they tried again and had to do it again and compensate. They even said two weeks was not enough time to put such things on a site and tried doing it in a non compliant way. Only for the court to jump on them.
That they stole the names iPhone and iPad? They were sued by Swiss I believe?
Are you even aware that everyone had great ideas and phones before the iPhone? That ther. Were smart phones that were not even full touch and were still more capable smarter phones? That cCrapple was not the first to use the square? Or to use apps or an application market? All they really did was jump on the bandwagon. They started the big time application store and made apps more popular.
They only got this big with phones cause their name. That combined with dirty tactics, false advertise, the ignorance or general public to technology, being part of such smart phones so early on, and name. Also money and courts. Did I mention false advertising and claims?

android is opensource.
maybe google has closed source to its Google Apps,
but the Vanilla AOSP is always opensource.
if you familiar with github go try to build your own android, from source.
google provide it all, except their google apps, which is not part of android itself.

LOL again...I think apple has no work rather than just complaining against Samsung everytime. Grow up Apple..You have to belive the fact that Samsung is owning today and apple is not which is the reason apple always cries like a baby that Samsung is winning...!!! Money makes the rules these days, and the way advertising works has changed dramatically these days, you don't see banners anymore only biased Ad based and funded articles.

Is there nothing that apple hasn't invented...I hear they are suing the Greeks for copyright infringements for the use of Bronze sprockets in "The Antikythera Mechanism".. Apple had a copy right application in place 195 BCE for bronze cogs and spockets...a whole 5 years before the Greeks made the analog computer..Spacely Sprockets better watch out as well...

sammy always uses peoples craze to the bigger screens but the phone should look like a phone not like a brick......!!!!!!
and people say apple isn't making phones with more cores,RAM and processing speed but the fact is there is no need for 8 (octa) core in iOS because it is a fully optimized OS.....within just a two cores (iPhone5) apple can outperform any galaxy device including s4.........
and now we doesn't have any biggest game or very high end software in mobile platform and this much processing power is needed to make this android lag free
