near impossible to get replacement tips, and oneplus never offered any either on the pro1, so i would stay away

I recently bought the Pro 2, they are only ok. After using the earbuds for 2-3 days, I decided to return them in order to buy a better one. Unfortunately, return option doesn't work, neither on the website nor in the mobile app. Weirdly it is the only option doesn't work. I emailed to their Customer Service for asking them the instruct me about the return process. In their response, they were talking about assisting me for sending the product for a repair. They stopped replying me after I again said that I want to return the product. Just take this situation into account when you consider buying something from OnePlus.
