Consumer choice is the one becoming obsolete. People no longer get to choose the features they want. They get to either buy whatever garbage is offered, or nothing at all. Me, I choose the latter - I don't plan to upgrade from A52s till a much better product (with a headphone jack) is available.

Xiaomi gives 100 worth of accesories in box unlike other brands.

This cmes with 3 leica cameras super fast charging and lot of updates and yet cheaper price than Samsung.
Dont try to tell me samsung is better.

Literally half as good and wi5cone with much lower build quality and tons of software bugs. I've used many OnePlus and Xiaomi phones before to know first hand.

I like the fact that the 2x telephoto lens is back. I'll wait until the price drops / second hand and then might consider it based on camera review.

Never again any Xiaomi,I was owner of 10Tpro and 12Tpro,both had tons of bugs,main screen freezing,autorotation in you tube doesn't work sometimes, generally you tube was always laggy and sometimes it would crash,camera app doesn't work etc.
My 12Tpro after 4 months literally stoped working for few days, can't enter in any app from main screen,it was under warranty but I was so frustrated and angry I literally throw the phone in the trash.Later I bought Oppo findx 5pro which also had some bugs like when add would finish in you tube my video would stay just on left part of the screen and right side woul just be dark from add before or sometimes I can't delete apps from the main screen!!!
Generally my experience with Chinese phones is bad, they will never be optimezed for Google apps.

13T pro cost half from Apple yet is twice as good.
Also cost less than S23 when it was brand new and is also twie as good.
So far so great to be honest.
They should make some special limited edition would be super cool.
Like for example Lays chips edition or Pepsi cola or Fanta etc.

I am currently using Samsung A33 as my main because its IP68 rating is useful in my country's unpredictable weather. With the 13T now having IP68 too and obviously much more powerful, i feel really tempted to get it as replacement for the A33. The 13T with 256gb is also just slightly pricier than what I paid for my 128gb A33.

This phone is the Xiaomi 13T, not the Xperia IV.
A 50% crop of the 24mm lens = 48mm. The telephoto lens is 50mm. That's basically no difference. Just take a crop from the main sensor.

Playing geshin with the smart frame/smart resolution were good. Smart frame making the movement seem super smooth while smart resolution making the image quality abit better at lower resolution. Glad i bought the k60 ultra then. Way cheaper and way better for gaming IF they actually remove the pixel engine.

DarlingYext, 26 Sep 2023...only in China.You can buy one online. Got mine 3 week after launch. Good phone for the price. Global version are pricier. 24gb 1tb edition goes for RM2799. Abit more than RM2.3k-2.4k chinese yuan coversin to myr but a lot more cheaper than this one.

Probably already posted, but are they worth it over e.g. Poco F5 (pro), note 12/13 pro(+) etc? A matter of opinion, and probably for some, for e.g. the IP68 rating, but still... 🤔

Glad to see more players in the top segment.
Yet, I expected Xiaomi to be a flagship killer instead of crazy pricing. iPhones and S series are bought because you can easily resell them used after 5 generations while no one will buy the used Xiaomi after second model come out. Paying slightly more is a good compromise and prices of S series at least come down quickly from initial high.

They could have done the exact same thing and ended up with better quality. Look at the specs. 2x telephoto on a sensor LESS than 1/4 the size of the main cam.
A simple 50% crop of the main sensor would result in better photos than the crappy telephoto they included. It's just wasted space.
