                  max123, 24 Sep 2023what do you recommend?OnePlus 11r: cheaper with a better processor, galaxy a34, even s21fe if available for sale, moto g84 are some of the decent options these days. S23 and zenfone 10 are good too but I personally find them overpriced.

                    If S23 FE is like this, then I will just go for an S22 Ultra. Hahaha.

                        enough jokes, here are my opinions:

                        S23 "FE":
                        This is basically the S22, but with an 8MP Ultrawide Camera, Baseline iPhone Build Combo Consisting of Polished Aluminum and Fingerprint Magent Glossy Glass, 6GBs Baseline RAM, and The Exynos 2200 replacing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in International Markets
                        I would've called this phone Decent if it packed a Downclocked 8+ Gen 1, like the Poco F5 Pro, hell, even a 7+ Gen 2 would've fitted this phone, but no, this would be too powerful and too cannibalizing for The A54, according to Samsung's Bad Marketers.

                        Tab S9 FE:
                        it's the A54 rebranded as a cheap tablet, it's really nothing but a decoy, avoid at all costs.

                        I have nothing to say for the buds, they're just rebranded first gen buds.

                              8 bit average panel with only hdr10+ like every other phone at this price range (i mean xiaomi has 12 bit dolby vision panels for this price), average cameras like usual which will get over praised for recording 4k on a selfie which really makes no difference (coming from someone whos owned 4k selfie phones in the past), slow charging, average battery performance, no nice extras like 360° NFC, extra antenna lines, an actual biometric sensor for proper face recognition, high pwm dimming screen, something that makes an actual difference, a SoC that didnt do well on release over a year ago which is going to be 2 generations old soon. If this phone isnt priced around £350-400 then its a massive rip off (even then you get better choice now).

                              Samsung have been steadily declining for a good few years now (quality of products and just financially) and i think people are starting to realise this now.

                                  FE is more like Light Edition. If it was a fan edition, it would bring 200mp, super tele, exciting/led back, experimental sensors and add-ons like case with a jack, folding screen, nd filters,...
                                  It's a joke edition otherwise.
