    Design and pricing are both nicer in my opinion than the Samsung watches and battery life is passable at least. Although battery will definitely be a "your maileage may very" situation. I'd have to imagine you're getting your 2.5 days without any AOD and with only a small amount of workout tracking, so anyone who cares more about fitness features will still want to go with Garmin, Polar, etc. instead.

      Finally something interesting from Xiaomi.

      WearOS, Snap chip and price lower than Samsung.

            Me waiting for 2 in 1 smartwatch with good microphone quality(other than Huawei Watch Buds which are overpriced and these chinese super cheap watches).

            I have Gejian x7 2 in 1 smartwatch and it is actually very decent for the price but microphone is very bad.

                I see 2 big issues: software support will be really poor; the design it's really bad, it;s not so elegant like a huawei watch... Also, it lacks the features of Huawei watch 4 pro which it's a shame.

                  Great news. At least, someone has combined a decent design and Wear OS. I've been using Fossil Gen 5 for 4 years and was waiting for Fossil Gen 7 as an upgrade, but now I am in doubt...

                      if they said Xiaomi Smart Band 8 is out to global today, meanwhile Taiwan and Hong Kong already gets first to launch since June 2023 as silently "global variant". isn't that weird?
