I'm considering getting an M1 Max 16 for development and entertainment, but I am kind of hesitant now knowing it might be only supported for 5 years. It's bizarre to see an expensive laptop with a limited number of years of support. It's not a phone! I'm sure most MacBooks from 2016 and maybe even 2015 can still support this seemingly superficial update.

Anonymous, 27 Sep 2023Windows is miles better. Remember that.Windows has been getting worse with each new feature update and version. Thank god for Valve and Proton, gaming was the last big obstacle for life without Windows but now Linux gaming is getting better and better with each day.
