This is what happens when you have first grade noobs doing your marketing. Considering the age of internet, and the fact that Google Pixel is hardly available in many markets, this will only out the attention of people to the new iphone that is already available for purchase.

Seems to be quite myopic to say a long line to purchase the phone = more hyped.
I see the main focus is about negligible upgrades to the iphone 15. Google is just trying to gather more steam as it trying to give the impression that its upgrades are more impactful and there should be more acceptance/hype.
I don't use Pixel, but the ad did make me more interested in the Pixel 8. I think that would be one of the objectives of the ad. Not really about saying Pixel is ranked higher than iphone.

It is only Sony that I admirably support on the Android side because they only do what they want to do and deliver, without the need of calling out and talking sh*t against other brands, aside from simple comparisons with data from actual tests.

X90 ... morenot only garbage UI, funtouch also demands more ram in order to make it usable. older vivo phones from 2019 to 2022, with 4gb ram, it would just run like 1gb ram device. it tests your patience😂😂 i can see why vivo offers large ram as an average laptop on their newer devices. like 6-8gb minimum

Google Pixel phone still long way to go, problem such as phone overheating, high battery consumption, fully compatible with Global 5G and 4G connections (intermittent connection issue on Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 7), still using older UFS 3.1 as most phone with similar price range already using UFS 4.0, slow charging issue (slowest charging among all Android phone, )global availability (still lost to Samsung, Oppo, Xiaomi and even Nothing).

What are you doing on your phone that needs acting better then what your 5 year old phone had... If anyone listened to the ad some was scared they googled photos will be compared to its own... which they are already... how googled phone is based around ai... which it is... it's not about hype it's about pointing out facts.
