Oppo Find N3 announced with SD 8 Gen 2, triple Hasselblad camera

      Why not advertise the Oppo Find N3, its their patents fully at work, their research & development and manufacturing, even choice of components and marketing was created by them.

      When you watch Oppo's presentation of the Find N3 and then watch the OnePlus Open, roflmao :dead: you'll realize 2 things:
      1. why OnePlus' announcement came second,
      2. you'll wonder WHY they even have:
      an executive of marketing (at any level),
      an executive of sales (at anyh level),

      BOTH of the OnePlus' team mumbled and stuttered and made far too many mistakes in their presentation, like an experienced 10yr old craming for term tests! It was terrible. You could tell they needed large font on a teleprompter and kept being turned away in hopes to show a 'real intuitive' presentation.

      The ONLY terrible presentation that Oppo had was having that Brazilian Soccer star show up probably just a few hours before the presentation - all used up with eating showering, makeup and boom arrival just in time. no time to rehearse. I've been in front of just 1 camera and a full school gym presenting, and I know what stage freight is = frankly he handled it quite well and being quite (even if it could have been a slight language barrier, honestly) he did very well. Koodos to the Oppo employee for helping him in the presentation by using excellent skills to lead him through where he began warming up at the end. THAT, regardless of stage freight was professional.

      Oppo did EXACTLY what they needed to do in the short preview video ads just before presentation. Showing the various ways where productivity and features could be used and why one would select THEIR device over the competition. Samsung, I love their products, warranty, trade in deals and their software and hardware design ... yet I feel they got LAZY in terms of the Z Fold 5 to show WHAT its purpose, its reason for being truly is and instead rested on laurels for the cool factor. While the latter helped in sales, it's going to be a ROUGH next 2-3 fiscal quarters for that particular product unless they refine their web, print and video marketing for its uniqueness.

      Many say Samsung just did an 's' update for the Fold 5, rightfully so since the entire global market dropped in overall sales year to year, next grand slam!

        specs favor the fold 5:
        More SIM support (globally): Nano-SIM and eSIM or Dual SIM (2 Nano-SIMs and eSIM, dual stand-by).
        Water Resistance: IPX8 water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 min) vs Find N3's IPX4 splash resistance. it'll rain just about everywhere in a month/week, and a fold device you just might get caught out in a sudden down-pour.
        Rear cam video support: 8K@30fps & 720p@960fps (gyro-EIS), the N3 doesn't include these BUT has 1080p at 120fps as well as 60/240fps,
        Selfie cam video support: 4K@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60fps, N3 just as 4K@30, 1080p@30fps.
        Speakers: 32-bit/384kHz audio, Tuned by AKG - N3 didn't mention specifics unfortunately so hoping.
        USB Type-C 3.2, OTG ... N3 didn't specify this unfortunately.
        ! Samsung Dex baby!
        Ultra Wideband (UWB) support. N3?
        larger storage option: 1TB 12GB RAM, unsure why Oppo/OnePlus didn't at least match this, nor use the 8Gen2-AC version of the chip, vs the AB slightly less peak clock on 2 cores; but I'm picking at straws on the latter here.

        At the end of the day its about REAL cost if you're outside of China.
        Export fees (to include Google's Services added in) are going to be ruthless!
        Most critically beyond EVERYTHING else - even though I love both the N2 and N3's design ... is consumer warranty support for hardware and software!
        Have a manufacturer defect or end user caused damage or entanglement (lol) you'll see the REAL cost, beyond just time!

        1 last thing ... S-Pen support, lots of professionals will need hand-written signatures on documents not just Docu-Sign/Digital Certificates in PDFs and the like.

                  This looks really interesting! A true competitor to the Z fold, with better cameras and a better display, and better storage. This would be the first foldable that I'd rather buy than the latest Z fold.

                    Perfect hardware and they didn't disappoint either software. I prefer this vs the OnePkus version that ChMpagne Gold is dope!

                                      You can get samsung fold5 for 1300-2000euro, based on which store.
                                      Of course, nothing comes near camera hw of this OFN3 beast.
                                      Looks lile my next phone nxt year, hopefully there is more competitors not just for specs, but for special features like IR cameras too. New factor needs new way to address this boring spec race.
