The android build is much less optimized. Also using Clang 14 instead of 15 for Android Geekbench binary compilation.

Wow of this is true. Android soc won't be a generation behind on Geekbench according to apple. Wish they used 4 + 4 like d8100

9300 is Arm V9 soc tested on Geekbench with Arm...V8 instructions set...
Geekbench is composed mostly of AI and image processing tests (why doing it with CPU??)...
Arm V9 new instructions focused on Vectors and Matrix acceleration..benefits on AI and image processing should be huge.
