Hi. i have a z10. couple of days after the upgrade to 10.1, i'm unable to enjoy data services. No BBM, Internet, or social media.
What can i do? HELP ANYONE?!

I am a blackberry user but now I wonder why the Z10 in not among the phones on a blackberry Internet service plan. please work on it so that you give our mobile service providers in order to have it included. the phone is big and can not just depend on bundles

hi,i got a z10 and was having too many problems cause it was on 10.0 os,but last night i downloaded the 10.1 os and i am very happy about it,but still having problems i feel there is still a glitch or a bug,or needs a newew os.
when you are chattting on BBM or whats app and while typing and want to move to a second line or a new paragraph we cant do it like we used to do it on the older blackberry devices.just by pressing the SHIFT + ENTER key we would move to a next line.hope there will be these changes on the next update,its very annoying.

Im a big fan of blackberry, i was disappointed when i noticed there was any of the popular apps in the appworld. Skype, oovoo, magic jack mobile, vonage mobile, tango, even my banking mobile app. I think im going back to using IOS or android

Waited forever for the much anticipated Z10 and am majorly disappointed by the lack of availability of the software updates. I cannot see any logical reason for the updates to not be freely available. I paid a lot of money for a SIM free phone which is basically worthless as long as it can't update. Simple Apps like WhatApp and Skype are only available for the updated software and although I am a paying BB user my carrier does not have the relevant updates. Life would have been cheaper and less frustrating had I have purchased an iPhone!!! Big thumbs down to Blackberry!!!
