For example, Apple still sells the iPad 9 which has an A13 from 4 years ago. Different level of performance (A13 is much better) but there is no issue with it.
Also, even a 10 year old Ivy Bridge or Haswell chip in a desktop is fine for many uses.

Helio G85 is now 3.5 years old. It uses 2 A75 performance cores that were released by Arm in 2017 and the Mali G52 GPU that was released in 2018. Why are they using such an ancient chip? Is Mediatek even manufacturing this chip now or are they just using some left over old stock??

Sucks that they dont even give 1 os upgrade to this phones. Only midrangers get 1 upgrade then nada. Then again you get what you pay for & if you are an upgrade freak then pay 2-3x more & get samsung.

Even my Infinix hot 30i would be better except for processor if the leaks are later confirmed to be true.

The spark go 2023 is now avaliable for only 65$

3GB RAM is not enough in 2024, or even in 2020. If it comes with 32GB storage I don't think it'll have a place in the smartphone world in 2024.
