There may not be an Apple Watch Ultra 3 next year

27 October 2023
Apple hasn't started working on it yet, and that's weird.

i'm only surprised there isn't an ultra+ or ++ already that actually has all the features people want at a much higher price for them to milk the sheep with. oh and with a screen so big only a proper giant could make it look like it fits.

They are lying,it didn't sell like they thought it would...imagine paying 800 dollars for a watch while at the same time you can get an actual iPhone.... pathetic

demm so it took them one year just to add the double tap feauture, they can start a month before by adding something small like that and changing the 2 to 3.

Since every other manufacturer can make a lot better ones a lot cheaper theses are needed as much as another covid pandemic.

Prob due to (unsurprisingly) low demand bcs only Apple fanboys and tech reviewers buy that. I've never seen a single person use it irl 💀

More like Tim Cook is running out of ideas. The Ultra was an attempt to increase margin/price, and then they are stuck as they have no clue where else to go.

Apple watch are made to last very long, still using series 3 since release.
I guess new watch release every year not necessary.
Or I will go mechanical analog, which is "Timeless"

I guess Apple should use the same approach for iphones as well..

We do not need the latest and the greatest yet another iPhone each year that too in multiples..

Instead launch either of them in a year or two will save lots of devices getting obsolete. (Just look at the number of devices at the local stores or the sales shop.. ) each year how many of them get dumped and apple speaks about nature and being eco friendly.

I prefer iPhone over this Android even in terms of hardware. These phones can amazingly run for like 4-5 years but that's not the case with other Androids.. though Google is saying 7;years of updates.. I doubt by then even pixel 8 series will withstand those number of years. I am sure they will say at the end chipset compatibility etc ..
