You can hire the entire tech faculty of Harvard and MIT,combined with the every engineer in nasa to develop exynos chips,and their chips will still be slower than their competition.       Exynos's power efficiency has been improving over the years and serves as a cheaper version of a chip with minimal difference in performance. Just take a look at Exynos 2200 on S23 FE, it has greatly improved from s22, and not just thanks to the new vapour chamber.

My Tab3 Active is slow compared with my XCover6 Pro. As a frequent traveller, I really like the size of an 8-inch rugged tablet. I don't need to bring my laptop with me, just an 8-inch rugged tablet with rugged smartphone are enough to manage my digital life, my banking including watching movies on the go.

                        Interestingly, all previous non-Pro Tab Active models have an 8" screen size*. I won't be surprised if this will be a direct follow up to the similarly-sized Tab Active3 instead of the larger Tab Active4 Pro.

                                Exynos=Instant ewaste. I'll take the 870 over any crappy exynos chipset.
