Simple reason for that is 💲 ! Sony cell phones, PS5's and Tv's are over priced. Sony cameras, Sony bluetooth speakers, and the new 2023 line up of Sony home theatre receivers are way over priced ! Hey Sony this is the time of bargains because of competition and your prices have to be more competitive ! That's how you increase sales 🤔 !!!

they still make money but can't achieve those stupid made up targets by the management.
capitalism can't fathom that infinite growth is impossible, but the rich people if they can't buy a 5th yacht this christmas they see it as they lost money. every company is firing because need some cash in order to have a nice spreasheet for the shareholders at the end of the year, then next year they will hire again, even though is more expensive for them to train a new person than to retain an already existing employee and pay him more, pay more you say? oh, no, the horror.

The time is right to buy a console now, many PC games are very much unoptimized like the latest release Alan Wake 2. It's a joke...
One of the famous titles that is quite optimized in 2023 is Assassin's Creed Mirage.
