1. Sony is the fist company to implement waterproof on a flagship. Did they copies koyocera? With or without the existence og Kyocera, sony is very capable implementing water resiatant feature on any of their device.
2. You picked z and zl and asked for 10 difference? You brain dead? Z is a lower version of zl because of ips etc etc. click on sony at the left of gsmarena homepage, you can see the design of sony differs from one series to another series.
3. Click on LG at gsmarena page, you can see the designs of LG phone have a lot of similarity, one common to all is all of them are ugly. Lol

1)What is the unique feature in Xperia-Z which excited you ( dont say water proof coz it existed before 2009 in casio , sanyo kyocera handsets waterproof and dust proof and shock proof)
2)If Sony designers are creating innovative designs,
please find 10 differences between Xperia-Z and Xperia-ZL
3)Regarding LG designs , can u point out any two LG handset models looking same ( even OG and OGPRO designs are entirely different)
If you cant find answers, accept the fact sony cant design and LG have 100s of innovative designs and features also please leave the thread silently .no hard feelings :)
