It charges fast and my age old Mi 11 has the same battery technology and is still going strong several years later and with video calls day in and out for about 2.5 years (due to long distance relationship) during this time.
Xiaomi has used Li-Po for years, and still promises a better lifespan of their batteries (charging cycles), then say Apple that uses Li-Ion.
Samsung also uses Li-Po in their flagship Z Fold series.
Sony, Motorola, Honor, Oppo etc. also uses Li-Po batteries.
