A good move from Meta to make this happen, although I still don't see the need to leave Threads. In fact, I'm far more comfortable in Threads than Twitter.

Nah, I will stick to X (Twitter). Still by far the best serious content, no censorship under Musk and Community Notes is actually great at weeding out garbage. Hands down the best.

Why use Zucc's evil and creepy Mastodon if you can use... real, original, open source, privacy respecting Mastodon?
(As private as it gets exposing your life to the public, fair, I mean in terms of what can the platform know about you that any normal humans using it can't)

Only now? They should've been forced to stop the service until this was implemented. Ridiculous. I don't and never will use Threads, but that doesn't mean that this isn't incredibly stupid.
