its a good leap to focus on camera, why not Nokia focus on an OS? I wish they will be able to make me their customer again in future...

Is this last year's news? This device has leaked a while ago, and it's called Nokia Lumia 928. There are numerous photos of it, having a Xenon flash.

is EOS their new brand or something ?
LOL, i cant wait for Canon to sue them over the EOS name, since Canon has been calling their DSLR cameras ''EOS'' for years.

AnonD-133243, 17 May 2013Nokia is unbeatable on what it does, but it never does all.... moreI think they are not upgrading the hardware much because there is no actual need as Lumia devices mostly run smoothly on dual cores, I would personally like a phablet of wp8 by Nokia that would be around 5.5 with waacom stylus technology

              all the best nokia

As for saying the SGS4 has a better camera, what planet are you on?

given nokia has and will be good at camera phones but thats just it. nokia, you used to be number one, why dont you help microsoft with their OS? volume control is universal;ringing level, music player and video player. can't create playlist and doesnt have multiple video playback, simple things. its like a dumb phone trying a smart one. or should i say, a camera trying to be a smartphone. ugh! wake up nokia.

Nokia is unbeatable on what it does, but it never does all. I think they should try to make a 'have it all' phone, without compromises. So what about a big chipset, ram, gpu, screen, res, thin, waterproof, multifeatures, flagship? Even if the price goes $1000+ everyone will appreciate it. It will attract eyes and nothing's a better publicity than a 'beat'em all' flagship.

shab, 17 May 2013they must focus on OS rather than camera.. good phone thoughYes, I agree. They should focus on OS improvements. Good camera is nothing if your OS is boring and not user friendly.

They should develop another OS that will compete with Android & IOS.

Nokia has the lead even as we speak with the Nokia 808. Sure the phone has a symbian os, sure it is old, but if we talk image quality and camera settings the 808 is still in the lead hands down.

a better camera and video sensor. We as Samsung fans
agree this is the right choice and not going against us.
Nokia need too exit and as Samsung fans, we may let them make apps for Android with our support

It's just right what Nokia is doing in bringing great innovations to mobile imaging. It will only be a matter of time when Nokia finally makes DSLRs obsolete.
