                              Anonymous, 21 Nov 2023Required more ram because trying pirates software that pe... moreEmulation isn't piracy though, when Sony released Limited ps1 console they use Emulator to play those games, Apple has Rosetta X86 emulator, Steam deck use some kind of Emulation/translation, Cassia new X86 emulator has support of well known developers etc, many emulators are available in playstore and some of them are paid.

                              What you run in your Emulator can be piracy or not, like I can piracy X86 game and run with Rosetta that wouldn't made Apple Emulator illegal.

                              I have Huge library of X86 games in Epic/Steam/Gog what I need is emulator to play those games in my phone, I own those games so what I do with them it's up to me.

Emulation will always incur a penalty in performance. They don't run better because of emulation: They run better because of said hacks you mentioned. If implemented in the native environment, it would run the same if not better.

                                  Naturally, a bunch of games won't even work through emulation, thanks to anti-cheat.

                                    Anonymous, 21 Nov 2023Honest question: Do you guys like torturing yourselves with... moreEmulation is better than native, especially when your device is powerfull, like Ability to run Gba games at 4k in Big screen that experience is better than using native hardware, some games were made to run at 30fps and we're laggy in their native hardware but through emulation you can hack them to run at 60fps and smoothly. Because you don't like Emulation doesn't mean it's useless.

You dont need to charge your phone and use your headphones at the same time, just charge it then use it with a USB C to Aux adapter.

                                        Other updates like OS updates arent big deal,
                                        Many phones from many brands proven they can work without any issues even long time past last OS update like S3 samsung for example which one of my friends still uses.
