Design wise, this is a perfect phone. Little to none bezels and no protruding cameras. That's impressive.

Another lineup of pointless phones that die to the slightest touch of water and inability to play any AAA games. And no,genshin isn't remotely near console quality. Gaming phones are pointless if they don't have proper games. Just buy a steam deck. Emulation is mostly crap on android(Look at aethersx2 being abandoned and switch emulation nowhere near playable.)

No line, still colour accurate and bright as ever, minimal ghosting despite always being used at max brightness. Meanwhile my friends over on OnePlus, Xiaomi, Sony, and Samsung phones with Samsung displays, are getting green lines. Don't kid yourself, BOE makes great panels. You can complain about the quality all you want, but they look great. Rididulous to complain about. Even if it was marginally worse than a samsung display, for 620$ and those specs, I think it's excusable. After all samsung just launched a 600$ phone with smaller screen, smaller battery, last years chip, and way slower charging speeds.All of those factors sound like things way more important to gamers than whether the display is the absolute bestest.

Is ZTE not making a non-Pro vanilla model anymore? I thought they'd only skipped it for the RM8 series and brought it back for RM9 series. I personally don't mind ZTE making a vanilla RM9 with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 or 7+ Gen 2.

It is bizarre that games like COD can... moreBro, here in indonesia we call him "anwar" means the game center haunter😂, all he wants to to see and what he likes only "a phone with full gaming capability", here a bbk/CN phone cost ¼ to ½ less (even some devices almost priced the same with CN version) than non bbk/CN phones which almost always has a better specs on paper, consistent security update ON EVERY MONTH(but oftenly many fake security updates) but there are alot of consequences, THE ADS, which cost your data/wifi usage, ram usage, time usage, security risk(yes i know this for sure because im an ex mi 10 pro user), many of them used their device as barbar as they can just for gaming and loosing many valuable times (i mean, dont they have another good things and worth activity for the best value? Working for example? Or real hangout with friends, i mean real hangout like playing together, having some conversation, not a self bussiness for their phone meanwhile they are in hangout acitvity?), meanwhile the non bbk/CN phone cost more and with 1 or 2 level below from the specs on paper but almost never meet any ADS(sometimes on the 3rd party apps), but on the real flagship segment is a different story(big gaps of the price from bbk/CN phone against non bbk/CN phones, bbk/CN phones here cost more because the tax, or even without tax which means its not legal/doesnt mean its illegal tho). You can meet all of those here, in Indonesia, dont know how the situation from other country.

However it's a phone for specific customer. You don't need to point out the obvious the cameras are going to be crap, we knew that going in on a high end gaming phone for 620. That's not the target consumer.

Cpt Power thinks there is no difference between 6,7" 120Hz oled 1080p from Boe and 6,7" 120Hz 1080p from Samsung, ufs4.0 from samsung/sk hynix/micron, sensors from somy/samsung/omnivision and other parts.
When you see phone with 8g2, 16GB ram, 512GB storage, QHD for $400, this means so many cuts are performed, cheaper pieces used.
Phone that retails for $400-450, does not cost more than $270-290 to be made.
Now compare to phones which Bill of Materials alone ( only price of components) is more than $500.

The lower framerate is not in exchange of higher resolution.
