Anonymous, 28 Nov 2023They need to eliminate the display bezel totally; it's... morethe bigger bezels are used for the water resistant adhesive. The galaxy smartphones have thinner bezels because theyre only rated to go about 6 feet(1.5m) deep, while the galaxy watches can go over 150 feet (50m) deep, because the larger amount of adhesive keeps the high pressured water from entering the device.

Before apple fan boys say apple is the first to invent this feature or Samsung copied it, then sorry to bust your bubble, because Samsung has this feature upto 2 years ago, well not in apple way but Apple is not the first

Anton el papy, 28 Nov 2023it took a long time lolThese gestures has been on Samsung watches for almost two years. It just goes to show how little research the Apple centric gadget blogs do on tech.

Anonymous, 28 Nov 2023They need to eliminate the display bezel totally; it's... moreI think you don't realize how a watch is used every day in comparison to a phone.
You're much more likely to bump your watch into things, and consequently break that beautiful bezel-less screen. Once your €500 watch needs a new screen you cannot replace yourself, the lack of bezels stops being attractive or funny.

They need to eliminate the display bezel totally; it's unnecessary. Like so many screens on Samsung phones, take the display to the curved edge of the display. Eliminate ALL bezels as a waste of valuable display real estate.

So basically Double Tap but better. Nice job Samsung. You can make a fist OR pinch.
"However, there's a catch. Essentially, you can't use Universal Gestures and have Google Wallet active on your Galaxy Watch. The gestures can be activated only if you don't have a screen lock set up, whereas using Google Pay requires a screen lock for obvious security reasons." Heres the catch if anyone's lazy to read the actual thing.
