Samsung should use an aluminium frame, just as gold is used here, and use this not glossy polycarbonate black backpanel to improve the S4 design!

Polycarbonate is the best material for smartphones just like the US military their electronic gadgets are simply made of polycarbonate and they are not using cheap aluminum cause that aluminum is not good for extreme weather conditions so stop trolling about plastics
