Mobile user 1, 05 Dec 2023$607 for 12/256 gigs in China, by the time it will come to ... moreThat one won't be available in the EU. Only 16/24 GB models

OnePlus 11 is underrated in my opinion, 12 seems like a very complete phone for the price.. good job OnePlus.

Very sad that phones like this are not sold in Indonesia, people prefer the average iPhone 15 and Galaxy S23.

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2023"Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, up to 24 GB RAM and 1 TB ... moreBecause the phone it self looks like it belongs in 2015 rather than 2023/24.
At this point we were hoping that phones will be as powerful as an overclocked skylake system with a 1080ti and power consumption of up to 10W and a screen size of 5.5-6 inches instead of the current alien finger craze apple started.

Great phone without Ip 68 🤣

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2023Wait till you see Oneplus 12T Oneplus 12T ProThe CEO of Oneplus said that there will be nothing like that anymore, maybe a 12r and that's it, and they will surely launch it at some point in 2024, maybe in the summer or spring.

Was the front camera mentioned in the presentation? Will it finally have 4K video? Sorry, I don't know Chinese

GSMARENA this LYT is not the same as OnePlus Open/Find N3, or Xperia 1/5 V. It is LYT808, which is a rebrand of IMX789. Open/N3 and Xperia have LYT800/LYT T808(Note that difference of "T") , which is a different sensor.

OnePlus haven't mentioned anything like "stacked CMOS" "dual-layer" thing on their website. Basically it's the same thing from OnePlus 9 Pro.

Besides, Sony's weibo account explicitly admitted that 808&T808 are two different sensors.

                        Still no IP68?

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2023Anyway, would be better if replace Boe screen for Sharp. ... moreI think Color OS is great. Would rather that than Oxygen OS. The OV60B is very good for a periscope. This sensor has performed respectable as a main sensor on many phones e.g Poco F5 (not a world beater or anything but for a periscope I think it's pretty good). At least it's much better the Jn1 that some more expensive flagships are using. Don't think the LYT600 would be that much better. It's a similar size and you're losing some resolution. Yeah, it's probably a better sensor but probably not worth the extra cost

Plus the 1 in the IP rating!

But matter of fact, it's a really great phone, just the curved screen that's the problem.

"Pricing in China starts at CNY 4,299 ($607) for the 12/256GB model"

That will mean close to €900 probably in Europe but let's see.

For the hardware the pricing is great. Much cheaper than the Xiaomi 14 pro and Iqoo 12 pro. Actually the base 12gb 256gb variant is the same price as the vanilla Xiaomi 14. Offers the best hardware amongst the snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Dimensity 9,300 launches so far for the price. Top screen (best available screen in China from Chinese manufacturer), top motor, fast wired and wireless charging, great band coverage with all bands basically covered for Europe and Asia at least and the signal quality is supposedly top level, very good camera sensors for all cameras, 4k video support on all cameras front and rear. Almost nothing missing apart from IP68 rating but ip65 is not bad anyway. Large 5,400mAh battery too and Battery life tests so far from the Chinese reviewers have it performing great for battery endurance (best of the new flagships so far). The only thing I don't like is the curved screen.
