Because of delayed tactics for such a flagship product update the company will surely loose the customer base in this fierce competitive world.

still no update here.
unlocked handset direct from sony and nothing OTA or on their PC companion yet.
hard to believe this was their flagship premium phone only 12 months ago.

we will not be getting JB update right now because this update news came from france>sony so it might release in france first and might take a month or more for other countries!!....and there is no official news on the blogs.sonymobile.com !!

Very poor sony support for the xperia s, long delayed updates, im very disappointed with sony, will just have to switch to SAMSUNG
