A friend had an S22 Ultra (Exynos 2200 model) and the experience was not that great considering it's the highest end model that year. Also when the S23 series came out there were video reviews comparing it to the S22 series which clearly showed the performance issues with the Exynos 2200. It just wasn't as smooth, with occasional stutters and general subpar performance for what would otherwise be expected. Also we are on gsmarena; While only the SD 8 Gen1 model of the S23 FE was tested so far, it shows the throttling, the bad thermals and the mediocre battery life quite well. Even the smaller S23 with a smaller battery is quite ahead.

I'd rather get the regular or plus version of the S23 lineup .
Everyone is complaining about it throttling and heating up with both versions.
As a customer I do NOT want to test that myself .
