That's great deisgn of the back! Hope these are the actual ones from the actual upcoming phone. I loved my x2pro before I broken it. Afterwards I wanted but did not for other reasons buy newer oppos. Hope x7 series have satelite calling in China (not soon in Europe or outside China, for sure because this is very serious step and western World will hold it for too many regulations and stuff like that bs and time must pass until we see european version of a phone with satelite calling, unfortunately). But rumors say chinese phone with it actually works in Europe, I mean the Chinese satelites coverage is not exactly over China. Buy the subscription, use it as instructed in your Chinese version phone - make calls from Europe as well :) mate60pro+ has 25$ per month satelite calling/sms subsrctiption in China, I think

        Damn, that's extremely sexy. One of the best designed phones right now. I hope the X7 Ultra won't look as ugly as on the leaked photos with that horrendous hexagonal camera island.

          The navy blue finish is really nice.

Weibo po... moreLet's hope the 125mm is actually 50MP, cause that could ruin such a perfect camera setup otherwise. Still, having a 50MP 200mm alongside 4 other sensors is insane, especially when 3 out of the 5 camera modules are periscope-style telephotos.

                Edit: I also hope the ultrawide isn't 15mm, cause that's just not wide enough for my tastes. 12mm, 12.5mm or 13mm would all produce excellent results.

                        Nowadays everyone is expert, everyone has a negative opinion about sth like those below criticizing the design or additional camera modules. Imagine you're in the design team tiring yourself until you complete and some a..s somewhere in the world is going to come and say that design is bad.

                        Why leather looking finish is bad? Glass is fragile and costly when breaks. Plastic finish doesn't give premium feel and prone to scratches easily. What else left? I have Vivo x90 pro plus and I really like its design. It's also easy to open for repair and more durable.

                        Why having 3x and 6x dedicated modules are bad? 6x cam handle good job when trying to focus objects really far. 3x can help with portrait photo along with 2x.

                        These people are literally begging for not receiving additional features, creative designs. And shows Apple as example which is one of the most repetitive, boring designs ever in the industry.

By having a 50MP 6× zoom telephoto, Oppo can have much higher zoom ranges, which is useful to some people, including myself. I frequently need to zoom in for pictures when I'm taking pictures of things like animals. While on holiday, I once took a picture of a turtle that was in the sea and from the boat that I was on, I very much required the 5× telephoto. At a different point of the holiday, noticing a large party boat that was further away, I had to shoot at 10× zoom, which my Google Pixel 7 Pro does through cropping and pixel binning on the 5× telephoto. By having both a 3× and a 6× telephoto, you have lots of zoom ranges available at your disposal, and at least for me, I would appreciate having a wider zoom range like that.

                              I wonder what the difference is between the Pro and Ultra? The camera's seem to be exactly the same on both.

                                This looks much better than the renders were suggesting. Let's hope this is actually the real deal.

                                  I know the designers had to do something to make the camera array possible but still, I'd say everyone else was able to make better looking camera design, even Oppo themselves. Find X6 pro, Find N3, the Mate 50 series or the P40 series, Xiaomi's Ultra series. Even Oppo's sister brand Vivo has made an excellent looking phone with the Vivo X100 Pro, with a 4.3x zoom. I don't understand the point of a 3x and a 6x zoom, a 3x and a 10x or an 8x would've made sense. The 6x crop of the sensor is good enough for 90% of photography use cases and is only bad during video. I guess Oppo wants better zoomed videography?
