      Im so pissed the "value added tax" is higher than most of the world in my country, and many people gonna go for cheaper phones for this..

        samsung treating basic S model as what they did to note20, downgraded and stripped. thats how sammy made note20 a meme.

If S24 is better just because it has a new chip then there is a big problem. Where are the upgrades??? +100mah, a brighter screen and new chip are too light. S23 brought all of the above plus slightly bigger main sensor, new selfie camera, 8K30fps and new design.

                    Samsung just sucks at making identical phones with only the size being different like Apple does. They always gotta do some weird cutbacks like how on the base S20 and plus they limited the 120 hz to 1080p for absolutely no reason

                        Between the base and + model - one needs to GO! I say split the difference
                        and use that screen size. The note 10 and 10+ was the best iteration of a big/small device but same PRO level where it counts. Tired of the base series getting meh

                            MakeMotoBetterAgain, 18 Dec 2023hopefully samsung adds 16gb ram option to the s24U for dex,... moreI am worried more about the 128GB part than 8GB. Without SD card support, calling a 128GB phone as flagship sounds weird.
                            So far given the similar specs to S23 and the rumor about Exynos chipset, I doubt people will go for S24 over getting S23 for cheap.

                              Common Sammy, even Apple increases the main camera sensor on iPhones every year, I don't see why it's so hard for you to follow suit.
                              Also, adding some more RAM, doubling the base storage and improving the charging speed wouldn't hurt either.

                                  What are they doing to the basic S24? So many weird cutbacks it feels like a diluted flagship now. And a very small upgrade over the S23.

                                    S24+ is the phone for me

                                      16GB ram should be minimum for ultra models.
                                      12GB ram should be minimum for S224 and S24 plus.
                                      At least 256GB disk splace for base and plus and 512 or bigger for ultra models.
                                      Plus nice 150W charging charger included in box.
                                      Time is money faster is ALWAYS better.
                                      Othervise its useless.
