OnePlus is readying a flagship killer with the 12R.

Just cut out the crappy 8mp and 2mp lenses and use decent lenses, or use the space to add something that's actually notable & helpful like an audio jack or a massive battery. This is not a flagship killer, because a flagship killer needs to do everything as well or even better than a flagship while also costing less.

    The 8mp could be replaced. Another waste of space is the 2mp.

    Macro is useless guys! Get rid of this future with 2 and 5mp cameras.

It's not a flagship like the 12, so it's definitely gotta be weaker on some parts here and there. Therefore, the better camera setup remains for the 12, so if you want a better overall cam setup, you'll have to pay the higher price tag

                I'll have this for similar or less money then something offering smaller screen, smaller battery, slower charging no charger included

The Redmi k70 is the same. The iqoo neo 9 is likely going to be similar when it's launched next week. The Honor 90gt gets a 12 mp ultrawide alright but otherwise similar enough. You basically have to up the price a bit to get the better overall camera setups

                      I've seen people complaining about the macro lens, im not one of them clearly the R series is for price to performance and i hope they dont get rid of it because snapdragon 8 gen 2 for less than 40,000₹/500$ is pretty good for me tbh im not a big fan of cameras i care more about performance so i would buy this phone regardless (fyi i Heard about a rumour from a Chinese leaker that the 12R actually comes with a 50mp main/32mp telephoto/8mp ultrawide
                      Which is all across the board and i kinda prefer

                            The same old useless ultrawide and macro shooters of yesteryear. Goodness gracious. It seems like these manufacturers think 8MP is enough and that adding a 2MP placeholder makes the phone look better. Wrong to both of those.
