Samsung Galaxy M15 to bring a huge battery

27 December 2023
Otherwise it might be identical to the recently unveiled A15.

Guessing that key island would differentiate the A series from the S series.

eh.. how is 6000 huuuge when asus had 6000 in their rog phones for years and those brands like ulefone and a few others have phones with even batteries... like 5000 and 6000 isn't pretty common these days?

"We have been wondering the same thing, but we don't actually know. Samsung's ways are rather mysterious sometimes."

LOL, and you guys called yourself tech blogger? The intention was clear and even expressed by Samsung when they started the M series.

A series is standard availability at retail.
Original intention for M series is to compete with the Chinese, meaning more aggressive spec for the money, and focus on online availability.

Azu10157, 27 Dec 2023Anyone knows why only M-series always have huge batteries? They are for spec wars on Indian market. Europe/US cares more about a good overall device instead of just big numbers so they get A series

rosesarerosie, 27 Dec 2023Okay, but its still better UwUBut it's not a fair comparison? That's like putting Messi (world famous soccer player) against a 13 year old kid.

You get way way better phones for 250 euro then this M15 will be.
that 6000mAh battery phones are like in the range of 100 to 150 euro

We have seen this 6000mah batteries trough our 2 years on these low end phones as that is the only feature these low end phones have as a large battery.

Azu10157, 27 Dec 2023Anyone knows why only M-series always have huge batteries? They're meant to be souped-up versions of their respective products meant mostly for the Indian market, where prices are very competitive, but they don't tend to live up to that status, instead generally being worse in one area while being better in another.

Tbh, Samsung really needs to just have at most 3 budget phones, but they have to do the weird 18 (or more!) SKUs thing that Xiaomi, BBK, Huawei, Honor and Transsion do.

“Longevity” only really works, when EVERYTHING else works together. I’m sure it’ll be more than efficient, but above average, I don’t think so.

But if this becomes the new standard… yes, please.
