        Most of the comments here are either brainless or plain dumb. This things happen in America (within the America) and those two companies are from America. They can do whatever they want. Same goes for China. See Oppo and Nokia case in China 🙄

            Just a point of clarification: Apple was never banned from SELLING the models in question (ITC doesn't have that authority), the ban was on the IMPORTATION of the offending watches. That's why even though Apple stopped selling them in stores and online, Amazon, Best Buy, and the like have continued to do so while they have stock.

                  They got tons of lobbyist/paid politicians who can bypass the ban.

                    Chinese companies exist and they get banned.
                    Apple get caught stealing and are given every possible leverage. And China are meant to be the corrupt ones :)

                            I think that pausing the sales ban for Apple is very unfair. It always seems that Apple in US never gets punished for stealing patents and can do whatever it wants. Capitalism not fair democracy
